Sandi Stone and her husband Bob moved to Murphy, NC in June of 2002. The move was to fulfill Sandi’s dream of owning and operating a Bed and Breakfast. After eleven months renovating, a now 115-year-old Victorian home, Sandi, and Bob opened Angels Landing Inn B&B in May of 2003. The Lord brought all of this together in the most incredible way and it belongs to Him. Sandi loves what she is doing and is so thankful for this wonderful opportunity. Sandi and Bob have three daughters, Debbi, Sheri, and Kati. Sandi feels it is a blessing to be a member of Murphy Presbyterian Church and to be able to share the secretarial duties with Judy Tipton.
Judy and husband Ronnie have lived in Cherokee County, NC most of their lives. They have three sons (Anthony, Jason and Bryan) and five grandchildren all living in the Murphy area.
Before retiring in 2010. Judy was blessed to be a stay-at-home mom and then began working for twenty years as a secretary for state government.
The Tipton’s were members of Farner Presbyterian in Farner, TN for more than thirty years. In July, 2010 they joined Murphy Presbyterian Church. As a member of the Ladies Group Judy serves as secretary and is responsible for sending birthday cards to members of the congregation. For her it has been a great joy to grow in the Lord through Sunday School, worship service, Bible studies and serving in church.
